Within 48 hours of reserving your new Curo home you will receive an invitation to our Welcome Home portal to help support you throughout your home-buying journey.
Here you’ll find all your progress letters, helpful guides and useful information relating to your property purchase in one easy-to-access location.
Here’s a guide to the portal and what you can expect:
You will soon receive an invitation via email (you can use up to two email addresses per account). If you don’t receive it within 48 hours, be sure to check your junk folder. However, if you experience any issues, please email WelcomeHome@curo-group.co.uk
Follow the setup instructions to create your account.
Once created, you can view all documentation and sort it by date order, as well as access three drop-down options: Reservation & Progress Letters, New Home Guides, and General Information Guides.
To securely download your documents, click the “Download” button within the preview list, and your document will be saved directly onto your device.
Whenever a new document is added to your account, you will receive an automatic notification email. Please do take the time to login and review what’s new (you can filter by date order), and contact us if you have any questions.
Once completion has taken place, you will then have access to a fourth drop-down category: Handover Documentation.

The Reservation Portal contains important information relating to your new home. Please take time to familiarise yourself with it and to check in regularly for updates during your buying journey. Whenever a new document is added to your account, you will receive an automatic notification email. It is your responsibility to ensure you have thoroughly read all documents on the portal and to contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.
