We are one of the largest housing providers in the South West and build hundreds of new homes every year, for rent and private sale. They set out requirements for us in terms of the quality of the homes we build, that we offer an inclusive, clear buying process and offer you, the customer, a quality service from start to finish.

Warranty
Throughout the construction process, our homes are independently inspected by the National House Building Council (NHBC) and Local Authority Building Control to check the quality of the workmanship. Our new build homes are covered by our own comprehensive 2-year warranty and the NHBC Buildmark 10-year structural warranty as standard.
